Let Thread Your Path host your next party at our space!

We’ll teach everyone how to safely & correctly operate our sewing machines to create your very own sewing projects.  There is absolutely no sewing experience necessary! Everyone leaves with their finished project! 

Our 2-Hour Party Includes the Following:​

• All supplies and instruction for all your guests

• Your choice of projects.

• All materials needed for projects.

• Hot water if you want tea.

• Party Host to take care of everything sewing and make sure everyone has fun!

Bringing Food and Drink:

Please bring your favorite snacks and/or beverages, let us know if you need extra time to set up or any help from us. 

Price is $300 for groups up to 6 participants. Each additional participant is $25 per person per 2 hour workshop. Max 10 participants.

• Quilt Party – Using small scraps of fabric from our collection, we’ll teach everyone how to make their own small patchwork quilt square. 

• Creative Mending Party Bring any clothing that needs repairs and we can make fun patches, repair buttons, mend holes, and felt patches for sweaters! 

For all of our projects, guests will use fabric cutting scissors to cut their project pieces as well as use the sewing machines or other tools to stitch it together! 

Thread Your Path — Studio Adult Celebration & Private Event Policies

We want your private sewing celebration to be a joyful, relaxing, and completely unforgettable experience! To make sure every guest has a successful time at the sewing machines, we run all of our events under a structured, all-inclusive format.

• All-Inclusive Materials: To guarantee a smooth workshop and keep our specialized sewing machines running beautifully, Thread Your Path provides all necessary patterns, tools, and lovely fabrics from our curated studio collection. We are unable to accommodate external materials, custom pattern sourcing, or yardage calculations for private events.

• Studio Space & Guest Limit: Because our cozy studio is a working creative environment filled with specialized equipment and moving machinery, floor space is carefully managed for safety. To ensure our instructor can provide excellent, personalized guidance to every guest and move safely around the workstations, we strictly enforce a maximum headcount of 10 participants.

• Sips & Snacks: We love a festive gathering! However, our sewing tables are working creative spaces filled with specialized machinery and delicate fabrics. To keep the project pieces pristine and everyone safe while operating equipment, food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the active sewing studio workspace. You are more than welcome to utilize the quiet, lovely brick corridor between our building and Volume next door for a quick outdoor refreshment break before or after your workshop!

• Our Cancellation Care: Because we secure staffing and reserve the entire studio exclusively for your private event, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to lock in your date. Cancellations made within 1 month of the date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 1 week of the event will be charged an additional $50 for loss of business (total $150).

• Studio Peace of Mind: We always aim for a perfect event! However, if a requested booking requires scheduling adjustments or custom alterations that fall outside what our small team can standardly provide, Thread Your Path reserves the right to decline the booking or issue a full 100% refund of your deposit so you can find a venue that better fits your specific vision.
