Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of spaces available in our afterschool program and the need to plan staffing and materials in advance, the following policy applies to all afterschool registrations. If you need to withdraw your child from the afterschool program, you may receive a refund ONLY if we are notified in writing (via email – sewistginger@gmail.com) at least SEVEN DAYS prior to the start date of the session AND there is a waitlist for the program AND we are able to fill your child’s spot. Absolutely no refunds will be provided unless these conditions are met. If we are notified in writing (via email – sewistginger@gmail.com) at least SEVEN DAYS prior to the start date of the session, and we are unable to fill your child’s spot, you will receive a studio credit for the full registration amount. This credit will expire 9 months from the date of issuance and may be used only for class registrations, not retail products. If we are notified less than seven days prior to the start of the session, no refund or credit will be issued. Missed Classes: Because the afterschool program operates as a continuous session with limited enrollment, there are no makeups for missed classes due to student absence. Makeup classes are offered only if Thread Your Path cancels a class.
